600 Mass observes the following Lease Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Inauguration Day (when applicable)
- Martin Luther King Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
On Lease Holidays Building Standard Services such as HVAC and Housekeeping are not provided. Requests for additional HVAC or Housekeeping must be made through the Building Engines portal, with at least 24 hours advance notice.
